12-Year Limited Warranty for In-Stock Items
Tikovina provides a 12-year warranty from the date of purchase for construction and workmanship defects. This warranty is void if the product is altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Tikovina or an authorized representative. Damages from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or abnormal wear and tear are not covered.
Warranty Conditions
To maintain warranty validity, use products as intended under normal conditions.
Wood-Specific Terms
The 12-year warranty covers only construction and workmanship defects. It excludes damages from accidents, spills, daily use (such as water damage or scratches), or unsuitable environmental conditions. Wood is a natural material, so variations in grain and color are expected.
Hardware Warranty
Steel components are covered for 3 years from the production batch date. Avoid over-tightening bolts to prevent thread damage.
Proof of Purchase
Keep your original receipt or tax invoice for warranty claims. Lack of proof of purchase voids the warranty.
Service or Replacement During Warranty
Contact us for warranty claims, providing photos and a detailed description. Based on the claim, we may send replacement parts or a new product.
